My first goal

 My 1st goal was improving my English skill. I didn't had a lot of debate, also I didn't enjoy writing some essays or script. I also didn't had a lot of chance to do presentation front of the people, and I also didn't like it. To achieve this goal, I tried to enjoy my work, and I also tried to finish m home work until due date, and tried my best. As the result, I think I improved my skills of debate, writing, and presentation. I think I am nearly p to my goals but I have 3days left. I am not gonna relax, but not getting nervous, but I am still gonna try my best until the GLPS in finished.

My second goal

My second goal was to get used to live without my parents. I think I got used to the dormitory. 100% used to the dormitory. Right now,  I even really want to stay more living with my roommates, I am also free of my mom, and also some academy! Now I could do everything without my mom. Of course I cannot do all~ of it but I got used to do my own things by myself. I think I achieved this goal.

My third goal

My third goal was I wanted to enjoy my time of GLPS even there will be some hard times. I think I fully achieved this goal. I am alive even though there were few hard times. There were teachers, P.A, T.A, roommates and classmates who were helping me. I think for this goal, It's not a thing I could do it by myself, even though you could do by myself,  I will have some problems. However as I said, all of them helped me when they were busy or silly. On every Saturday, there were some interesting events like speech contest or presentation competition. I really enjoyed this camp and I am glad that I achieved my goals and even though this camp is finished, it doesn't mean that the blog is finished, so I am gonna still connect from this blog!!

Photo Essay - My 3rd week of GLPS

It's 3rd week of GLPS and I started to get used to GLPS's schedule. It's still a busy day and I still have some work to do. There is fun things, sad things, some interdst things happening in GLPS. I took a picture while I was in dormitory and while I was in the class, and some photos that I wasnt to remember. Now I will tell my story of 3rd week story with some photos. Then you will understand better than only reading my writing.

My roommates who looks like a zombie.

My roommate Ju- Oh just took a shower on morning and she dries her hair like zombie. She put her hairs front of her face and use her hand, towels,and hair drier. She always dry her hair like this. She doesn't know that I took a picture of her, because her hair covered her eyes.

Danny's speech
He is doing a speech he prepared. We listen to tje person who prepared for speech for speech competition. Danny also prepared for speech, not only Danny, there was Judy as I published the picture ans also Will, In Kyung, Emily and some others. Finally we voted and Will and In kyung got most votes. However, Will was gonna do Presentation so Judy did instead of Will.

My dormitory P.A left
She is my dormitory P.A but she only stayed for 2weeks and left at Sunday. All  of my roommates went down at 8:45and waited until she came down. We had quick conversation and she left quickly. Including me, everybody in our roommates were sad. She were very kind,and always respect us and she never punished us.

We prepared for speech contest. I took this picture before when we vote for the people who is going  to be class 16 representative. Before she spoke her speech, she asked some question to Mrs.Hughey, and Mrs.Hughey is answering the question to Judy nicely.

Olatte~

It was math class and I bought a drinks to drink. I bought juice called "Olatte". It taste really good,and it is one of my favorite. I could taste some yogurt and some peach flavor. I drank all of this in 5 minutes. Then I concentrate on math.

 At first period study time, I finished with my home works so I was doing nothing. Just then my roommate Ju-Oh said teach me how to write a cursive. I wrote capital and small alphabet on her notebook and she starts to follow it. She was keep practicing for about 1 hours. Now, she even writes a diary with cursive.





I was so sleepy and tired, so I didn't got up when the alarm rang. I slept 20 more minutes. One of roommate woke me up. However, there was other one of roommates who was still sleeping. I woke my roommates up after I was wake. The time I woke my roommates were 7 25 A.M. She had a watch but when she was sleeping, she always leave it at her desk.

IThis is end of photo essay, and I enjoyed to take a picture of every second I wanted to keepin my memory.I think  GLPS is one of my good memory.

creative story "Doggy"

 Today, we eat a lot of hot dogs. This story happened when I was in International school. There was a store near my school. The store was succeed because almost all of my teachers and almost every student in school ate the hot dogs. There is also lots of kinds of hot dogs in these days. The hot dogs are usually made out of sausage and bread. Sometimes, there is vegetable, or some special sauce. There was a store which was selling hot dogs. That store was called "Dog dog Hot dog!" The owner name was "Doggyhot". His name was very rare. The owner of that store loved dogs. I think because there was a word "dog" in his name. He had a dog as pet. He had a 3 different kinds of dogs. He just loved his stores, the customers, and his dogs. He lived diligently every single day. sometime, Mr. Doggyhot gave us bonus hot dogs.However there was a earth quake in Korea. The sore got crashed, and every building was destroyed. Korea got some helps from America, China, Australia, and other country. We build a new building and everybody help each other even they didn't know each other. Our school got build again and Mr. Doggyhot also build his store front of our room. Few years later, GKorea became as was it was. Our school's teachers and students bought lots of hot dogs at least one in each day.  In Korea there was peace. Few moth later, suddenly the store was close. We didn't know why it was close. The store was succeed, nobody talked about bad things of "Dog dog hot dog". We thought he was sick or he have to do some other stuff, but it wasn't. He didn't open the store for more than 2 month! We wanted to eat some hot dogs, so we bought hot dogs from other store. We didn't have choice. However even other hot dog store start to close their store. We were curious about it. That night the television told me the answer of my question. On television, I saw a news that all of the animals died. There was only cats and dogs left. However the cats died because not eating an fish. The only animal in the world was a dog! The reason why all of the animals died was because, few years before, we had an earthquake, and there was some mysterious bacteria. Mysterious bacteria came to Korea when there was earth quake. The scientist was studying about bacteria, but they didn't find any new information. We just knew that the mysterious bacteria only attack to animals except cats and dogs. Also they don't harm people. People ate some meats that was left in the world, but there was one of meat left. One of strange man post a picture that looked like a hot dog. Every person got interest of the meats that was in the hot dog. The person who post the picture said "It's a dog meat!! Real hot dog!!". in Korea there was already food called BOSHINTANG. None of my family members ate a dog because we also had a pet which was a dog. My friends didn't ate a dog meat but one day she said that "The meats are soft and delicious! Try it!" My family didn't try eat but after 3 month, we missed some meats so we start to eat some dog meat. One day, the main food in the World became "Dog". Therefore suddenly the dogs got also rare because there were too many people who ate a dog.

Movie Review "Princess bride"

 I watched movie called "Princess bride". This movie's genre is romantic and fantasy. This story starts when grandfather visit his grandson's home and read a book ''Princess bride" to his grandson.

 There was a beautiful girl named Buttercup and boy named Westley. They lived in country side and fell in love. However Westley had to leave,because he needed some money to live with Buttercup. After 5 years, he still didn't come back. She heard the news that Westley died. Buttercup had to marry with to prince Humperdink, but she stilled love Westley. Right before the wedding, she got kidnapped by three people.

 Two of the kidnapper was helper. One of them were big as giant, and one was good at sword fighting named Spaniard. The leader of this kidnapper was the servant of prince Humerdink. Actually prince Humperdink didn't love Buttercup, he just wanted to start the war and he needed someone to blame.

 While they were kidnapping her, there was stranger keep following them. The stranger was cover with all black.The stranger fought with the kidnappers and destroy them one by one. Finally Buttercup get saved by the stranger. The stranger was Westley. There was armies from the kingdom that prince Humperdink send. They escaped from them and they went to forest of Thieves. In the forest of Thieves they met the rat that was big as them. They got some bites from the rats but they barely escape from the rats, quick sand and other strange places. They went out from the forest of Thieves. However, there was bunch people holding a gun toward Westley, so Buttercup said to prince "If I marry you, don't hurt Westley." The prince accepted and Buttercup follows the prince. The prince doesn't keep the promise. He kidnapped Westley secretly and tried to kill him. Prince Humperdink kills Westley. Luckily he wasn't perfectly dead. He was almost dead.

 The giant and Spaniard who kidnapped Buttercup before, helps Westley. The giant and Spaniard called Miracle Max who heals people. Miracle Max healed Westley in his own way and Westley live again. However Westley couldn't move his body by his own. They went straight to kingdom to save Buttercup even though he couldn't move his body and Spaniard went to kingdom for another reason. Spaniard went tot he kingdom because there was six-finger man. Six finger man was person who killed Spaniard's father. He does his father's revenge and went to help Westley. they finally saved Buttercup and four of them went back to their place. Buttercup and Westley lived happily.

 After I watched this movie, I learned lesson from Westley. He had a great leadership.  His body was unable to move, but he thought that he need to rescue Buttercup, so he went to save buttercup with the unhealthy body. I think the reason that he could save buttercup with hurtful body was that he believed in himself. To improve my leadership, first of all I need to have confidence of myself as Westley did.

My 3 goals for 30 days

1. To get used to live without my parents.

2. To improve my English skill.(debating, presentation, writing)

3. Enjoying my time at GLPS.

 My first goal is to get  used to live without my parents.When I grew older, I need to stay in dormitory. It's one of the steps that I need to pass. To achieve this goal, I need to concentrate on my works, then I will not think about my parents. I also need to make to make new friends and enjoy to stay in dormitory.
 My second goal is to improve my English skill. For example, I want to be a  good debater, practicing presentation, and improve skill of writing. If I concentrate on clubs and my class, I will have possibility..I need to prepare for my class. If i prepare, I could do debate and improve my speaking.
 My last goal is to enjoy GLPS. I need to make new friends and have positive mind, then I will get less stress. I also need to satisfied of this moment, then I will be more comfortable.

Introduction

 My birthday is July fourth. That day is independence day in United State. In Korea lots of people doesn't know about independence day. I learned violin when I was 5 years old. I learned violin with with my sister.My sister and I are twins. I am older sister by 1 minute. However my sister looks more older, because she does everything by herself, and she takes care of me. My sister and I fights a lot but I think while I am fighting with her, I get more closer with her. I think it is good to have same age of sister, because even though she is one of  family member, she is also my best friend.
